SYND 10 7 73 PHANTOM JET CRASH AT LOUISIANA AIR SHOW

(10 Jul 1973) The crash occured during an air display at Chenault Airforce Base in Louisiana, 29 year old pilot Lt. Steve Lambert said his plane suddenly lost power. Pilot commended for sterrig the plane away from the crowd.
