SUSTA Media Trip to Louisiana

The Southern United States Trade Association (SUSTA) and Louisiana Department of Agriculture organized a wonderful program for Taiwan Media Tour during a visit to Louisiana from Sep. 18 to 21, 2007. The schedule included visits to John Folse Culinary School, Café du Monde, Oak Alley Plantation, Aunt Sallie’s Pralines, Chef Roy Lyons, Chef Paul Prudhomme factory, Associated Grocers Show and Mardi Gras World. The trip covered the demonstration of exquisite Cajun cuisine of Chef John Folse and Roy Lyons, interviews with the owners of Café du Monde and Oak alley Plantation, visits to local ingredient stores and manufacturers.
