Real Estate Market Showdown Mississippi Vs Louisiana | Real Estate Investing

0

I’ve talked plenty about the markets I have my attention on for Real Estate Investing, Louisiana and Mississippi being among them, and today I’m here to tell you the differences, the goods, and the bads about these markets, and why you might want to invest in them.

First of all, these markets are much more affordable compared to others like Las Vegas, California, or Florida. Houses are much cheaper in this part of the country, they have plenty of good pieces of land that can improve your property value, and more people are willing to rent in these areas.

In Mississippi, I invest in parts such as Harrison County, Hancock County, and Jackson County, while in New Orleans, I only invest in Orleans Parish. If you’re considering making an investment in one of these areas, or you’re curious why I like these places, you’ll want to watch the full video so you have the best understanding of the markets you could be investing in. Thanks for watching!
