Louisiana Phase 3 reopening: Governor Edwards to make decision Monday

On Monday, Governor Edwards will announce what will happen after his Phase 2 reopening order expires on Friday, but is the state ready to move to Phase 3.

A slight uptick in cases and concern over some clusters at large gatherings will be considered before Governor Edwards announces whether to move forward.
