Legal Description

Legal Description in Louisiana is far different that the Common Law content on Legal Description. In both Common Law and Civil Code, we do have three types of Legal Descriptions
1. Metes and Bounds
2. Government Survey
3. Plat Map or Lot and Block

Louisiana Legal Description only mentions a few items for testing. In this short session the terms mentioned is the content needing to know for the state exam.
