Part of the Spring 2021 season of the LHA Virtual History Series, this online presentation was originally scheduled to be part of the Louisiana Historical Association’s 2021 Annual Meeting, which was canceled due to the COVID-19 crisis. This session includes presentations by Andreas Hübner (Leuphana University Lüneburg), Frances Kolb Turnbell (Tennessee Historical Society), and Fernin F. Eaton (Independent Scholar); it is chaired by R. Martin Guidry (Independent Scholar), with comments by Jay M. Schexnaydre (Independent Scholar).
