Keegan Murray of the Sacramento Kings was the fourth overall pick in the latest NBA Draft and there was a lot of hope and speculation about him.

Some fans of the Kings thought he could be the future of the team and might end up being an All-Star within a couple of seasons.

So far this season, Murray is averaging 12.1 points, 4.6 rebounds, and 1 assist.

On Monday night, he took things to a whole new level in a big win over the Houston Rockets.

He scored 30 points (which is a career-high for the forward) and 6 rebounds while going 11-of-17 from the field and 8-of-12 from the three-point line.

Murray led his team in points and was dominant on both ends of the court.

He really did look like an All-Star in the making and earned praise from the fans.

Those fans have been incredibly happy lately.

Although they lost the last two games, they have also taken down other squads like the Minnesota Timberwolves, Memphis Grizzlies, Oklahoma City Thunder, and others.

The Kings are the third seed in the West and have remained high in the standings for weeks now.

This proves that their greatness isn’t just some flash in the pan and they could really make it far in the postseason this year.

Murray has been great in his rookie year but he’s not alone and athletes like De’Aaron Fox, Domantas Sabonis, Harrison Barnes, Kevin Huerter, and others are helping the Kings impress everyone from diehard fans to casual followers.

The roster is young, driven, and very deep.

Murray proved that again on Monday night, leading his team and asserting himself as one of the best up-and-coming talents in the league.
