Temetrius Jamel Morant was born in South Carolina on August 10th of 1999.
It wouldn’t take his parents Tee and Jamie Morant long to discover the caliber at which their son could play basketball, especially after he was named to the South Carolina 3A All-State team in both his junior and senior years while attending Crestwood High School.
By the time Morant graduated from high school, he was averaging 27 points, 8 rebounds, and 8 assists per game.

Ja Morant injured his knee during a game against the Orlando Magic when Jordan Poole bumped his knee while grabbing the ball.

A bone bruise occurs from a traumatic event that results in the microstructure of the bone being disrupted and is normally also met with bleeding from inside the bone.
