Corporations are building housing and buying up the most affordable homes in areas with a high demand for housing taking up real estate space for owner-occupant residents. This can have so many effects on a community and not all of them are positive. In this video, we explore what BUILD TO RENT (aka BTR) housing is and how this could be terrible for future generations.
