The Philadelphia Eagles will host the San Francisco 49ers in the NFC Championship Game on Sunday, and it will be an opportunity for them to continue what has been a remarkable season so far.

They finished with the best record in the conference at 14-3, and they ranked third in points scored and second in total yards allowed in the regular season.

The team just released a hype video that is sure to get all of its fans excited.

It has been quite a time to be a sports fan in the Delaware Valley region, as the Eagles have been flying high, the Philadelphia Phillies reached the World Series and the Philadelphia 76ers are looking like legitimate contenders for the NBA championship.

But first, the Eagles will have to put away the 49ers, a team that has looked like a juggernaut in its own right.

The Niners have the best defense in the NFL, as well as many weapons on offense, including wide receivers Brandon Aiyuk and Deebo Samuel, tight end George Kittle and running back Christian McCaffrey.

In addition, rookie quarterback Brock Purdy has taken the league by storm ever since replacing the injured Jimmy Garoppolo in Week 13.

But the Eagles have some sharp beaks and talons, as they boast one of the best dual-threat signal-callers in Jalen Hurts, who scored 13 touchdowns this season on his own.

They also boast two 1,000-yard wideouts in A.J. Brown and DeVonta Smith, as well as running back Miles Sanders, and their defense is great in its own right.

If there is a concern for Philly, it has to do with its rushing defense, which ranked 16th in yards allowed and 17th in touchdowns allowed.

That defense will have to stop a Niners offense that loves to run the ball and has excellent blockers that open things up for its ground weapons.

But Sunday’s contest could be an instant classic, regardless of who emerges victorious.
