A big change is coming for real estate licensees in Louisiana as the LREC has adopted new policy concerning advertising violations. The advertising fines are being raised, and real estate brokers will need to pay closer attention to their agents. In addition, there are some updates to the continuing education rules as well as the escrow dispute rule.
