Hey my RitasEatas!! I’m so excited about this recipe! This was my first time cooking Pollock but it won’t be my last. I really like the texture and meatiness of this fish, and the beer batter was perfect for this fish too. If you like Long John Silvers type of puffy crusted fish, you’re gonna love this. Enjoy💋
Here’s what you’ll need:
Pollock or Cod fish filets
Flour for batter and dusting (at least 1 1/2 c)
Louisiana Fish fry (1cup)
Beer of choice ( I used Dos Equis)
1-2 beaten eggs
Seasonings of choice for fish and for batter
