Aaron Judge Comments On A Surprising 2-0 Deficit
The sky may be falling down for the New York Yankees at times, but you won’t hear Aaron Judge throwing his teammates under the bus.
Media has questioned the Yankees’ offensive approach and execution so far in the 2022 playoffs, and rightfully so: the team has produced just four runs in the first two games of the American League Championship Series against the Houston Astros, and the two runs from Thursday’s game came thanks to errors from pitcher Framber Valdez.
However, Judge remains confident in his team.
He believes that if every member of the Yankees roster does his job, the team has a fair shot at winning the series.

The problem for the Yankees is that every guy is going through a different situation at the plate.
Several Yankees Are Slumping At The Moment
Oswaldo Cabrera is expanding the zone and even failing to make contact on pitches inside the strike zone.
Giancarlo Stanton, despite two home runs in the playoffs, is still trying to find his timing at the plate.
Gleyber Torres looks lost, and Jose Trevino is swinging at balls and taking strikes.
Matt Carpenter has struck out seven times in seven plate appearances, and his swing decisions were terrible during a ninth-inning at-bat last night with the game on the line.
Judge started off the postseason with a boatload of strikeouts, but is making better contact now.
