The Chicago Bears and Justin Fields have a long and difficult road ahead in 2022.

With Chicago, they’ve made changes with the coaching staff and general manager position.

However, those weren’t the only changes, as the team has released and traded some of their best players.

This all leaves the 2022 season on the shoulders of their second-year quarterback.

But can he do that with the new group of receivers and retooled offensive line in Chicago?

Here are three bold predictions for the young quarterback in 2022.

3. Fields Gets The Bears At Least Eight Wins In 2022

Some NFL fans have little faith in the young Chicago quarterback, feeling he’s a bust and that they won’t win over four games.

However, Fields is showing how he’s a leader during the team’s OTAs.

His approach to these OTAs is that of a person looking to turn his team into something better.

He realizes the issues they have now, and can admit that they aren’t where they need to be yet.

But he is also working to help get himself and his teammates ready for the regular season.

That drive from him will help the Bear win at least eight games this season.

It’s also twice as many games as his critics feel that he’ll win in 2022.

2. Fields Passes For At Least 3,500 Yards And 20 Touchdowns

While the 2021 season wasn’t good for Fields, this season will see him improve.

Last season, his numbers were low, with him passing for 1,870 yards and seven touchdowns.

However, part of that problem was horrible play calling from head coach Matt Nagy.

But now the young quarterback has a new head coach and new offensive coordinator that can work with him.

Luke Getsy, who is the new offensive coordinator, is someone that’s used to coaching talented quarterbacks.

He comes from Green Bay, having coached Aaron Rodgers during his two-time MVP run.

He can work his magic with Fields in Chicago, helping him hit 3,500 passing yards and 20 touchdowns for 2022.

However, this isn’t the only help Fields is getting to make that push.

He’s got Lucas Patrick, who also played with Rodgers in Green Bay and can help protect and guide the young Bears QB.

But there’s also one last bold prediction for Fields that some might not believe until it happens.

1. Fields Wins At Least One Game Against The Green Bay Packers

Bears fans and players still remember Rodgers telling him he owns them.

However, this season gives Fields the perfect chance for them to get revenge against a long-time rival in the Green Bay Packers.

With the Packers missing Davante Adams, it gives the Bears defense some help, as they don’t need to put all their focus on one player.

But that won’t be all, as Fields can take advantage of a Packers defense that might take him lightly.

With the help he’s getting now in Chicago, he can make better decisions.

His last two games against Green Bay saw him make 12 bad throws and suffer six sacks.

This year, he changes all that and walks away with at least one victory against the Packers.
